steps for moving fastly and easely in our Web page. We would like to
recommend you read carefully all the information because even though
we have tryed to symplifiyed as much as possible our page, it is very
convenience follow all the steps properly in order to use finely all
the possibility of the page.
Our
page is divided into two big sections: “SHOP on-line”
and “Catalogs PDF”.
SHOP
on-line, placed on the left side, is subdivided also on different
options when you can find our buying items, which are very often
updated.
If
you want to reach to this section it is better to be registered
previously as a new costumer in “my account” or
“create an account”, both of them located on the top
of the page. You have to fill in an aplication form with your
personal information. This information will be used for internal and
administrative purposes and we will not sell or rent your personal
information to third parties for their marketing purposes. All your
information is under the control of the Privacy Policy Law, wich it
is explaned on the end of the page.
After being registered, consulting
the articles is very easy.
First
of all, you have to go to “SHOP on-line” and
clicking on it you will access to the articles of our page and you
will see the description and pictures of all the items.
If
you are interested in some items you can buy them directly from there
and send the selected articles to “shopping cart”
where you can keep all you items until the definitive buying.
Buying process is divided on four
steps,
1.-
You will find your mail address and if you want this is the moment to
change it or add another one. Also you can select the kind of
shipping: Regular or Registered. It is importat to know
that Expogalery is responsible only for Registered mail.
Besides, you can choose regular or registered mail only if
your sending weight is no heavier than 1 kilogram. Heavier of
1 kilogram all the sending are shipped by “Blue
parcel” inside Spain or “Economic Internacional
parcel” if it is abroad. Finally we want to remark than if
you choose reverse refund, that means than you pay when you take the
item in your mail office. All these shippings will be made by
registered mail. Of course we accept another kind of shipping at
costumer request.
About
shipping cost, it depends on the weight and it is calculate acording
to an official and regulated informatic program. You can check of
this information in the section of “shippings and returns”.
2.-
You can choose between three ways of payment, money order, credit
card or Pay-pal. The two last one payment you have do it
through internet but always inside pages of “Secure
payment”. You are able to know if the page is a
secure one because the address has to begin with the letters
“https...” The “s”, bigger than
normal on this case, means that the page is secure and also it go
with a icon of a Padlock.
If you choose one of last two
options, you will be linked directly to the pages of our bank
account (BBVA) or to Pay-pal for paying with some of both. In case
you pay in Pay-pal you have to return to our main web page after
doing the payment.
However, if you prefer the money
order, you will get all our bank informantion on the third step in
which also you can also verify all the buying information until that
moment. Last buying step is make the order to pay, and it is done.
The
second section of our WEB page is “Catalogs PDF”
and it is located to the right side and from there you can look up
the update catalogs of Expo Galeria with more than 40 years of
experience.
Our
catalogs of philatelic and numismatics articles could be of “Special
offer” or “Auction”.
The
catalogs of “Special offer” used to be issued
mothly and it stays until is sold out. “Auction”
catalogs are issued on special dates and remains until auction
finish.
In
order to consult the catalogs it is necessary to have the computer
program Acrobat Reader. If you have not it you can download it
from that same page –just below of Catalogs sections- and it is
absolutely free.
You
can do your command in the link “Contact us” and
as well in the address infoegv@expogaley.com.
If your have not registered
previousely or you are not our previous costumer, in your first
command you have to give us your personal information in order to
complet command.
Any
article you buy in our shop, no matter how, you are able to return it
during the 7 days after receive it. Item
must be returned within 7 Days.
